We are a non-smoking establishment.

We have a choice of bedrooms, including one with a four-poster bed for that special occasion. All our rooms are individually decorated and provide plenty of space in which to relax.

As a listed building we have been unable to provide en-suite bathrooms in all our rooms. This however enables us to retain the character of the original house.

However, our jacuzzi bath will make you forget about a small showers as you relax in stately splendour. We have a large, very warm ground floor shower room for that quick fix when you come in off the fells. We also provide white, fluffy bathrobes in each room as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

In order to maintain the tranquillity of your stay we do not provide televisions in the bedrooms. However, we can provide TV and video on request or alternatively you can watch television and chose from our video collection in our drawing rooms.
